A collection of explicit methods of Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg type for the solution of non-stiff ODE systems. Capabilities currently include:

  • Forward and adjoint sensitivity generation using IND
  • Second-order sensitivities using varied trajectories in IND mode or using forward/backward differentiation
  • Detection and handling of implicit discontinuities
  • Exact treatment of first and second-order sensitivities across discontinuities
  • Interpolants for continuous solution output (CERK methods)
  • Object-oriented design in C++
